Domestic Fare Types & Rules

Fare type Conditions
Saver Class 1. Booking class: (S,V,W,L) - Economy Service
2. Change:
- Before ticketed flight date: USD 40
- On/after ticketed flight date: Not permitted
Charge difference in fare, if any
3. Refund: Not permitted (whole ticket price will be lost - included fare, charges, taxes, fees)
4. Service: Economy Class
5. Hand baggage: 07kg
6. Checked baggage: 20kg
Standard Class 1. Booking class: (H,Q,T,K) - Economy Service
2. Change:
- Before ticketed flight date: USD 35
- On/after ticketed flight date: Not permitted
Charge difference in fare, if any
3. Refund: Not permitted (whole ticket price will be lost - included fare, charges, taxes, fees)
4. Service: Economy class
5. Hand baggage: 07kg
6. Checked baggage: 25kg
Flexi Class 1. Booking class: (U,Y,B,M) - Economy Service
2. Change:
- Before ticketed flight date: Free (subject to fare difference if any)
- On/after ticketed flight date: USD 60
Charge difference in fare, if any
2. Refund:
- Before ticketed flight date: USD 40/flight + USD 10/ticketing fee/passenger
- On/After ticketed flight date: USD 80/flight + USD 10/ticketing fee/passenger
3. Service: Economy Class
4. Hand baggage: 07kg
5. Checked baggage: 30kg
Business Class 1. Booking class: (F,A,P,C,D,J,Z) - Business Class Service
2. Change:
- Before ticketed flight date: USD 40
- On/after ticketed flight date: USD 60
Charge difference in fare, if any
2. Refund:
- Before ticketed flight date: USD 40/flight + USD 10/ticketing fee/passenger
- On/after ticketed flight date: USD 80/flight + USD 10/ticketing fee/passenger
3. Service: Business class
4. Hand baggage: 7kg
5. Checked baggage: 40kg

 

Combination:

  • Permitted with most restricted condition applied

Change - Cancellation:

  • Name change: Not allowed. Pleas go to refund process instead.
  • Itinerary change: Permitted to equal or higher fare only.
  • Saver class: On some routes will not be accepted for change. To be advised on details upon request.
  • Refund used tickets: refund the difference between the fare paid and applicable fare of used routing minus refund fee.
  • Passenger have to pay fare difference and change fee (if any).
  • Multiple change fee: Highest change fee of all change fare component applied.

Change fee:

  • Change fee is not permitted to refund.
  • Passenger have to pay fare difference and change fee (if any) Taxes, Fee and Charges.

No Show:

  • Any change or cancellation of reservation made after the original flight departure are considered no-show and no-show fee will be applied.

Important Notes:

Combination fare between Saver and other fare classes will not be permitted for cancellation or refund.
The above general fare rules are for reference only. Specific fare rules may vary and different from the general fare rules and provided during the booking process.
In case of cancellation, convenience fee of 4% (sum of original purchase & refund amount) will be applied for each booking.
